What is a cooperative travel agency?
Our ‘first of its kind’ co-op agency, gives the same power to its agents as it does its founders, which means all Explorer’s Club travel agents operate on the same pay scale. We also believe in transparency, accountability and equal voice in agency decisions.
Generally speaking, customers don’t pay extra for the valuable service travel agents provide. Unlike many agencies, though, it is the explicit intent of Explorer’s Club to truly value our people, not just through fair compensation, but by providing education and resources to improve our capabilities, create more collaboration and be better stewards of our customers’ trust. Beyond that, Explorers Club will maintain the highest standards in the way we treat people with dignity, respect and kindness.
